Arctiva's Carlson and Lidman Grab Podium Finishes at Eagle River World Championship
Carlson Motorsports riders made the trip to Eagle River, Wis. during an off-weekend from the ISOC Snocross Series to the Eagle River World Championship, with Andrew Carlson and Johan Lidman both capturing podium finishes on the weekend.
Racing action took place on both Friday and Sunday, with many of the top athletes from the ISOC attending the prestigious event. The weekend started out right for Pro-Lite rider Carlson, who was able to grab a third-place finish on a track that say inside the ice oval at the Eagle River Derby Track. Teammate Lidman wasn't as lucky on Friday night, in the Pro-Open class, having to exit the race early because of a crash, but made up for the DNF during Sunday's final race with an impressive second-place finish. Carlson's speed was also present during Sunday's Pro-Lite final, and finished with a hard-fought sixth place.
Arctiva's Lidman and Carlson will be back in action at the fourth stop on the ISOC Snocross circuit in Farmington, N.Y. from February 3-4.
