  • Consent to Mention: Participants agree that their names may be mentioned in a comment announcing the winner after the competition concludes.
  • Data Usage: Data provided by participants will only be used to contact the winner and administer the prize. All questions, suggestions, and complaints should be directed exclusively to the Organiser. The Organiser may contact participants via email.
  • Disqualification: Any breach of the competition rules or attempted technical manipulation may result in disqualification. In such cases, prizes may be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

  • Winner Notification and Confirmation: At the end of the Campaign, the Organiser will notify the winner, announcing it in the stories and/or the post created for the campaign itself on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok or with a comment on YouTube. The Organiser will not send any private messages to announce winners and or request any type of information or personal data. The winner must confirm the prize by responding within 48 hours. If no confirmation is received, the Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
  • Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Legal action is excluded. Any taxes related to the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
  • Substitute Prizes: If, for reasons beyond the Organiser's control, the prize cannot be provided, the Organiser reserves the right to offer a substitute of equal value.
  • Liability: Once the prize is transferred to the shipping provider, the risk of accidental damage or loss passes to the winner. Technical issues beyond the Organiser’s control are not covered by liability.
  • Acceptance of Rules: By participating, entrants accept these rules. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition and prize draw in whole or in part without prior notice in cases of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to a computer virus, program error, unauthorized third-party intervention, or technical issues. In this case, any claims for compensation for expenses incurred and claims for damages are excluded. We reserve the right to make changes to the procedure, programme and date of the competition. All information provided by the organiser, in connection with the publication of winners' names, etc., is provided without guarantee. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be addressed to Parts Europe GmbH.
