- This ROKKER XXR EXTREME custom installation KIT has been engineered to be 100% plug-and-play to maintain the integrity of your Harley's internal wiring harness, it is tuned for the Stock-Harley-Radio-Flash and includes a complete installation/operation instruction manuals
